The BioMag® Secondary Antibody Particles collection features super-paramagnetic microparticles that are covalently coated with polyclonal secondary antibodies (e.g., goat anti-human IgG, goat anti-mouse IgG, etc.). These pre-functionalised particles enable rapid capture of primary-antibody-bound targets—such as immune complexes or antibody-labeled cells—using magnetic separation. With high binding capacity and simplified workflows, they are ideal for immunoprecipitation, cell enrichment/depletion, and assay clean-up.
