Polysciences’ Dyed Carboxylate Polystyrene Microspheres collection offers monodisperse polystyrene beads internally dyed in various vivid colours and surface-modified with carboxyl (–COOH) groups to enable covalent coupling of biomolecules or passive adsorption. These beads are packaged as aqueous suspensions (typically 2.5 % w/v) and span a range of nominal diameters. They are ideal for applications such as flow cytometry calibration, lateral-flow assay development, instrument validation, filter/flow-path testing and immunoassay particle platforms.
