Living Room Rechargeable Lights

About
Living rooms ask rather a lot from their lighting. They need brightness for reading, softness for evenings, and a little character for the corners that otherwise sit in shadow. Rechargeable lamps for living room spaces solve the awkward-socket problem beautifully, letting you place light where it feels right rather than where the wiring happens to be. Use rechargeable table lamps on side tables, shelves and mantels for a warm pool of light. Add rechargeable wall lights beside artwork or alcoves where a hardwired fitting would be a palaver. For height and drama, a rechargeable floor lamp can bring glow to a reading chair or darker corner without trailing flex across the floor. The trick is layering. A battery-powered lamp will not usually replace every ceiling light in the living room , but it can make the whole scheme feel more relaxed, more flexible and much more lived-in. Quite useful, and rather lovely.
