For the Dyson V10 — the generation where Dyson put the bin and cyclone in line with the tube, and took the pack to 25.2V from the 21.6V of the V6, V7 and V8. %ADAPTERS% run a V10 from a power tool battery. Stepping a tool pack up to 25.2V draws harder than the older machines did, so a higher-capacity battery is worth having. Check the model before ordering — the V10 fitting is its own, and a V6, V7 or V8 battery will not seat in it.
