Christian Drouin is a third-generation run cider, perry, and calvados producer, started in the 1960's in Normandy, France. Their apples come from two organic family orchards consisting of around 30 apple varieties consisting of 50% bittersweet, 20% bittersharp, 20% sweet, and 10% sharp apples, all planted on standard rootstock.
