Whey Protein Powder

About

Whey protein is a protein found in milk. It is the liquid that separates from the curds during cheese-making and, once filtered and dried, becomes the powder sold as whey protein. It provides all nine essential amino acids, which is why it is called a complete protein, and many people use it as a convenient way to add protein to their day. Pure Nutrition's whey collection offers blends of whey protein concentrate and isolate in Cafe Mocha, Kulfi and Chocolate flavours, in packs from 500 g to 2 kg, plus a combination pack with creatine. The sections below explain how to tell them apart and how to choose.
