Raphaël Peruvian Cuisine is the realization of Chef Lizardo Becerra's dream, a chef who started his culinary journey in Lima. Opening in April 2021 as a takeout spot in a warehouse, it has now grown into a full-service restaurant in downtown Ottawa, thanks to hard work, a dedicated team, and strong community support.
