Textiles are at the core of Rebecca Udall – they always have been – and we're committed to textile excellence across all our linens. We focus on fibre quality in conjunction with other factors: the fabric’s weight or thread count, finishing, quality assurances and weaving know-how. We have a holistic approach to thread counts – equally considering the length of the cotton fibres, the skill of the weavers, finishing techniques and the tailoring. This ensures our collection is the most comfortable and long-lasting, and ultimately what we believe offers the 'best' at the investment level. Furthermore, all of our textiles are Oeko-tex 100 certified, ensuring they are free at all stages of production of harmful chemicals. Whilst all of our bed linen is of an excellent quality, we offer a variety of collections for differing investment levels, all within our ethos. Providing a super soft, silky and smooth feel, our cotton sateen bed linen is crafted by our heritage, family-owned partners in Portugal and Italy. Our cotton is long or extra long staple cotton, woven by textile experts to maximise softness, longevity and breathability – components for exceptional sleep. Natural fibres help to regulate temperatures when you sleep, but the weave of sateen cotton makes it particularly suitable to those who may sleep cold, preferring silky bed linen.
