About
The grid weave is the point. Ripstop is woven with a reinforcing thread at regular intervals, so a puncture stays a puncture instead of running into a tear. That makes it the default for packs, stuff sacks, tarps, and shelters where weight matters and failure isn't an option. This collection covers both kinds: traditional woven ripstop nylon and polyester, including silicone coated SilNylon and the recycled RBC series, and UHMWPE gridstop like UltraGrid and the Ultra range, where the reinforcing grid is a far stronger fibre than the base cloth. Sold by the half yard and cut continuously, so you get one uninterrupted piece. Shipped across Canada and worldwide.
