A laminate isn't coated, it's built. A face fabric is bonded to a waterproof film, often with a reinforcing X-ply grid sandwiched between, so you get waterproofing, dimensional stability, and strength in a single layer with no separate liner to sew. This is where our X-Pac, Ecopak, and Ultra fabrics live. X-Pac VX21 and X11 for classic X-ply pack builds, the Ecopak EPX and EPLX ranges built on recycled face fabrics, and the Ultra line, where a UHMWPE face gives the highest strength to weight ratio we stock. Sold by the half yard and cut continuously. Shipped across Canada and worldwide.
