Since 2020, Ripton has been on a mission to get more people into fun, comfortable apparel for all of their outdoor activities. It all started with jorts, in a ski chalet, in the heart of the Colorado mountains. We discovered the perfect formula to make denim that was lightweight, thin, stretchy, and durable. In the years that followed, we optimized our jort technology with a gusseted crotch for hours of comfort on the bike. We also created a wide range of jort colors, such as the ever-popular Diesel, Black Acid, Vintage Walden, Deep Indigo, and many other jean washes that just look damn good whether you're riding your mountain bike, or chilling at the campground.
