Megan Callahan is a bartender, educator, and hospitality professional with more than seven years of industry experience. As the Lead Educator for the Flower City Drinksmiths and General Manager of The Daily Refresher, she is passionate about creating memorable experiences and helping others build confidence in cocktails and hospitality. Her background working with botanicals and tea at the Boston Public Market sparked a love of thoughtful ingredients and flavor exploration that continues to influence her approach to drinks today. In addition to teaching the Flower City Drinksmiths classes, Megan brings a unique creative perspective as a trained opera singer. Whether she is leading a class, performing in an opera, or crafting a cocktail, she combines education, artistry, and hospitality to make learning about drinks both approachable and fun.
