DARCHE an Australian outdoor gear brand established in 1991, was founded out of necessity by Darren O’Dwyer. Dissatisfied with traditional rollout swags, he designed the first dome swag , a fully enclosed, bug-proof, and rugged shelter suited for Australia's harsh conditions. The design quickly gained popularity, revolutionizing the camping experience in Australia. Over the decades, it expanded beyond swags to offer roof-top tents, awnings, furniture, sleeping gear, and accessories for 4x4 touring and camping. Quality and durability remain at the core of the brand, with many original DARCHE® products still in use today. In 2013, it introduced the Air-Volution™ range , an innovative lineup featuring patented technology that simplifies setup without sacrificing durability. Now part of the Charles Parsons Group , it continues to lead with innovation, superior materials, and a commitment to adventure and environmental sustainability.
