Delicious dill: feathery, fresh-flavoured foliage and spicy seeds. Although Dill might not be in every herb and veggie garden, it’s a herb you can’t imagine being without once you get used to it. After all, what could be tastier than your own dill cucumbers, or take it a step further to make your own pickles. Enjoy it with fish dishes and explore its use in Asian cuisine. Dill is easy to grow in Australia but does like water. It’s an annual, but it will reseed if you find the right spot. Dill is a great companion for cucumbers or broccoli.
