All our gluten free flours are milled in a completely separate building, and we test both the gluten free grains on arrival at the mill as well as all the flours we produce to ensure they are gluten free. We are very careful to meet the highest standards and test to the same high standards under BRC as the Coeliac Society requires. In fact, we test our products for less than 5ppm gluten, whereas the industry standard is 20ppm.
