We raise our own animals in their natural environments with an emphasis on animal welfare and the environment. Our dairy cows keep their calves and from their 100% grass fed diet we get high quality milk from which we make small batch artisan raw aged cheese. Our woodland reared pigs are processed into charcuterie.
