Beach Mats A mat is meant to lie flat — no rolled edges, no padding, just a woven layer between you and the sand. Our jacquard rugs work well in that role because the tight weave keeps its shape instead of curling at the corners the way a thin printed sheet does. Spread flat, it gives you a clean surface for a cooler, a bag, and a couple of towels, then folds back down flat for the walk to the car. Sand and Dune tones don't show the sand you didn't quite shake out. We're not calling this sand-proof or waterproof — it's a woven fabric mat, and like any fabric it'll pick up some sand until you shake it. That's the honest tradeoff for something this packable.
