Falsa Blankets A falsa blanket is the lighter, more packable cousin of a heavy wool serape — thinner weave, same graphic stripe pattern, easier to fold into a bag or glove box. Our jacquard rugs follow that same idea: a structured woven stripe pattern without the bulk. Taos and Kasbah prints carry the classic falsa color-blocking, bold enough to use as a standalone accent on a couch or bed rather than needing to be layered with something else. They pack down flat for travel or storage between seasons. We're calling these falsa-style deliberately — they're jacquard woven fabric blankets, not the traditional handloomed wool falsa, and we're not pricing or marketing them as such.
