Wang Wen De’s ceramics studio is located in Sanzhi, a small seaside town on Taiwan’s northern coast. Ah De, as he prefers to be called, is a brilliant and innovative ceramicist, crafting pieces that seem to defy the technical constraints of its materials. His line of innovative tea trays, tea pots, and servers are impossibly thin and ethereal, and reflect both technical know-how and artistic vision.
