About
Our Toddler Swim Jacket is for children aged between one and six. It is made from high-quality, soft neoprene and features eight removable floats. The Splash About Go Splash Float Jacket is designed as a starter Toddler Swim Jacket and is intended to hold the child in the correct position for learning to swim. The buoyancy can be adjusted by removing floats as necessary to suit your child's ability level. The float pockets are coded so you know in which order to remove them when your child becomes more confident in the water and starts to swim properly. The Toddler Swim Jacket is also designed to provide extra warmth in cool pools or on chilly beaches. The robust safety zip ensures the jacket is held in the correct position against the body, making it easy for an adult to take on and off for easy changes before and after swimming. This is a learn-to-swim jacket and should never be used as a life-saving device. It will hold your child in the correct position to teach them to swim, which means they will tip slightly forward into the water. We encourage adults to hold their child's hands the first time wearing the Toddler Swim Jacket until they can find their own water balance, then gradually remove your support as they learn to swim in the float jacket on their own. Designed to be worn comfortably with our wetsuits and Happy Nappy™ lines.
