Full-spectrum conversion is a recent trend in infrared photography. When you remove the lR-CUT filter (a.k.a hot mirror) from a consumer camera, infrared photography is possible. However, the infrared light entering the camera can result in undesirable color cast to the image using a modified camera. STC's UV-IR Cut Filter allows you to restore the original colors,and we offers infrared filters for three wavelengths: 590nm, 720nm, and 850nm. Filtering out different wavelengths results in different stylistic expression.
