Stackstone is Stone & Rock's layered wall cladding format, natural stone pieces stacked to create a more dimensional, textured surface than the flatter ledgestone strips, while still keeping a structured, repeating pattern rather than the fully irregular look of free-form cladding. It suits feature walls, outdoor kitchens and garden walls where you want more depth and shadow across the surface. Like our other wall cladding formats, stackstone is cut from the same range of natural stone materials, quartzite, slate, sandstone and granite, so it can be matched or paired with ledgestone or free-form cladding elsewhere on a property for a consistent material palette with varied texture between areas.
