About
Gym flooring creates a stable base for strength training while adding a protective layer between heavy equipment and the floor underneath. This collection covers gym flooring and gym mats for home gyms, strength facilities and commercial training spaces, with rubber flooring, dedicated lifting areas and turf for different training requirements. Rubber gym flooring is available in several formats and thicknesses from 15 to 43 mm. Tile sizes from 50 x 50 cm to 100 x 100 cm make it possible to build out anything from a compact home gym area to larger free weight and strength training zones. Rubber gym flooring for strength training Rubber gym flooring is suited to areas around racks, benches, machines and free weights where the floor is exposed to regular loading and impact. Different thicknesses allow the flooring setup to match the demands of the training area. Thinner rubber gym mats can be used where general floor protection is the main requirement, while thicker gym flooring tiles add more material between heavy equipment and the subfloor in demanding lifting areas. The collection includes rubber tiles and flooring options for both home gym flooring and larger gym installations. Gym flooring tiles for home gyms and training facilities Gym flooring tiles make it possible to cover a training area in sections and adapt the layout to the available space. Formats include compact 50 x 50 cm tiles as well as larger 100 x 100 cm options. For home gym flooring, the right setup depends on the equipment, the underlying floor and the type of training taking place. Areas used for racks, barbells and free weights generally place different demands on the floor than spaces used mainly for machines or lighter accessory work. Rubber gym mats and tiles can also be combined with tapered edge pieces to create a cleaner transition around exposed sides of the flooring.
