The 10L80 and 10L90 are advanced 10-speed longitudinal automatic transmissions engineered to deliver near-CVT efficiency while enhancing fuel economy in high-performance GM vehicles, including the Camaro, Suburban, Tahoe, and Escalade. Developed collaboratively by GM and Ford, these transmissions share similarities with Ford's 10R80 but differ in software and clutch specifications.
