Miyuki 11/0 Metallic Seed Bead Collection The "Galvenized" finish is the s ilver plating on the surface of beads. The "Duracoat" finish gives the metallic brilliance to a silver-plate finish that is covered with a durable clear coating, for long lasting durability. With some beads that are dyed, galvanized or plated, the colours on the outer layers may come off, if exposed to chemicals/oils (for example hairspray or contact with skin acid ) or if soaked in the strong solvent (cleaning solutions). Handle with care, as they deserve to be loved for their sparkly brilliance!
