They come through grass and around structure cleaner than a crankbait, with a profile fish haven't seen a thousand times. There's no wrong retrieve: slow-roll it along the bottom, burn it over grass, or rip it free of vegetation to trigger reaction strikes. Pair with a swimbait or craw trailer to tune the profile.
