“TEA SHIMOYAMA” is a Japanese tea farm that has been in operation for about 100 years in Okayama. The third-generation tea master, Keijiro Shimoyama, preserves the historic Kaita tea by inheriting the cherished tea garden and the traditional tea processing techniques such as "steaming", "rolling", and "firing".
