We stock a range of field flatteners & reduces for refractors, Schmidt-Cassegrain and Newtonian telescopes, including for the SkyWatcher Evostar, Evolux and Esprit refractors, Takahashi refractors, astrographs and catadioptric telescopes, Sharpstar/Askar refractors, as well as Sharpstar & Baader MPCC multi-purpose come correctors for Newtonians. Field flatteners/reducers are essential accessories for reducing the field curvature, chromatic aberration and coma inherent in many optical designs. For visual astronomy, these issues are not as important, but if you want to do deep sky astrophotography, you'll need a flat field. Be sure to select the appropriate flattener/reducer for your particular telescope.
