Matte White Toilets

About

Matte White Toilets Buying Guide A matte white toilet has a soft, low-sheen glaze instead of the usual high gloss, giving the bathroom a calm, modern look that pairs well with matte tapware and textured tiles. This collection includes matte white suites and pans from Fienza, Caroma, Turner Hastings and Bao, in back-to-wall, wall-faced, wall hung and close coupled styles. Is a matte white toilet hard to clean? No, provided you use the right products. A matte glaze can show skin oils as slightly shiny patches and hard water as chalky marks, so wipe it down regularly. Clean with a pH-neutral cleaner, a soft cloth or non-scratch brush and water, then dry. Avoid bleach, ammonia and abrasive pads, which can wear the finish. Which matte white toilet styles are available? There are four main styles here. Back-to-wall suites, such as the Turner Hastings Fino WhisperFlush and Bao Elegant, sit flush against the wall with a concealed cistern. Wall-faced suites, such as the Fienza Koko and Caroma Contura II Invisi Series II, have a pan that meets the wall with the cistern hidden behind it. Wall hung suites, such as the Fienza Koko wall hung and Caroma Contura II wall hung, float above the floor for easy cleaning underneath. The Caroma Contura II close coupled suite has a visible cistern sitting on the pan. What heights and sizes are matte white toilets? The Bao Elegant is a raised height suite with a pan height of 440mm and a projection of 670mm. The Turner Hastings Fino has a 440mm pan height and 680mm projection. The Caroma Contura II close coupled suite has a 440mm pan height, while the wall hung version is 405mm. Check the projection against the space in front of the toilet, especially in a small ensuite. Which cistern options are there? The Fienza Koko comes as a pan and seat only, or with a V
