About

The Srixon GiE is a game-improvement iron from Srixon's Japan-only range, first released for 2009 and updated in 2011. A thin, high-strength maraging steel face gives a lively strike and a larger sweet spot. Tungsten weights in the heel and toe lower the centre of gravity and add stability on off-centre hits. Srixon also shaped the head to look sharper at address than a typical game-improvement iron, which suits improving golfers who want easy launch without a bulky look. Key specs: Game-improvement iron with a thin maraging steel face Tungsten weights in the heel and toe (4–6 irons on the 2011 model) Low centre of gravity for an easy, high launch Progressive face length, shorter through the scoring irons (2011 model) Japan domestic market release (2009 and 2011) Player type: Mid to high handicap All units are inspected, photographed and graded before listing.
