Carrots are easy to grow, highly nutritious and are suited to all Australian climates. Grow from seed to produce straight roots with optimal crunch, carrots prefer a position in full sun in a light soil. Keep soil moist during germination and thin seedlings as required to allow roots space to develop unheeded.
