Yes - the anchovy is very small (10-15 cms)... AND you don't have to buy anchovies in a tin! They don't have to taste of salt! True, we do have anchovies in a tin - very special ones of course - but perhaps you'd like them fresh? They still offer a unique taste - the taste of true unsalted anchovies. You'll have to clean and bone our fresh anchovies, but it's just a moment's work. We also offer gorgeous and very large boquerones - anchovy fillets bleached white in vinegar - as found in every good tapas bar.
