About
Biotin — also known as vitamin B7 — is an essential nutrient that helps the body convert food into energy and supports the maintenance of healthy skin and hair. While most people think of eggs or nuts when it comes to biotin, certain fish are also valuable natural sources. Our Biotin-Rich Fish range includes species such as sardines, salmon, tuna, mackerel and trout. Sardines are especially notable, providing enough biotin to officially qualify as a source of biotin under UK nutrition rules. The others naturally contain biotin too, making them a delicious way to add variety and nutrients to your diet. Please note: Nutrient levels vary by species and cut.
