The handsome-looking grey mullet lives an enigmatic existence, migrating long distances but returning to favourite coastal haunts in the summer. Unexpectedly, the grey mullet has its own club , but they probably wouldn't approve of our selling this fish. We're reviewing this issue as of summer 2019. There are three main kinds of grey mullet - we sell thick-lipped grey mullet as whole and fillets, and we sell divine bottarga from Mediterranean thin-lipped mullet.
