Patagonian toothfish, also known as Chilean sea bass, is a huge rich oily fish from the Southern Oceans. It's not a good looker but by golly, the taste of its fillets is sinful! In the past, there have been sustainability scares, but now the fishing is well-regulated and you can eat our product without qualms. Just be sure to be sitting down before you see the prices.
