Our plaice fillets come from Europe's best plaice processor. He's in Holland and has a gleaming factory, a fistful of accreditations and a giant reputation for quality. We go one step further - we are probably the only online fish retailer enabling you to choose dark side plaice fillets or white side. The dark skin has a slightly more pronounced taste, which many find delicious, whilst others prefer white side. Or choose a whole plaice for that unbeatable cooked on the bone experience.
