About
Our paella pack has been a firm favourite for 20 years. It contains five kinds of fish and four other key ingredients you might not have readily to hand, all in the exact quantities to make a paella which has been called the best paella outside Spain. We applied the same formula to two other seafood classics: a plat des fruits de mer and lobster thermidor. All packs arrive with full directions.
