100 Series

About

PCL 100 Series couplings for larger air tool applications in garage, tyre shop and heavy workshop environments. The 100 Series is built for higher air flow demand than the 60 Series: the correct choice where the tool draws a sustained high volume, such as large impact guns on HGVs and buses, heavy-duty grinding equipment, and high-volume spray systems. Both swivel and fixed adaptors are available with male and female BSP threads. The 100 Series uses a different coupling body geometry to the 60 Series and the two ranges are not interchangeable. If you are specifying a new compressed air system for a heavy-duty environment, or upgrading from a 60 Series setup where tools are underpowered by restricted air flow, the 100 Series is the correct upgrade. Match the coupling size to the tool's air consumption, not to the thread size of the regulator outlet.
