Vacuum gauges measure negative pressure — the degree of vacuum below atmospheric pressure in a system or line. They are used on suction pipework, vacuum pumps, HVAC systems and industrial processes where maintaining a specific level of vacuum is important to performance or safety. The Hosemaster stocks vacuum gauges in standard dial sizes with BSP connections, suitable for most industrial and commercial vacuum measurement applications. Where both positive pressure and vacuum measurement are required in the same system, compound gauges — which read both above and below atmospheric pressure — are also available.
