Soft notebooks have, as the name would suggest, a soft cover which is ideal if you're someone who likes to carry a notebook everywhere. They're lighter - in comparison to a hard cover notebook - they bend easily so you can pack them tightly into a bag or a folder and they make flipping through pages easy if you like to quickly refer to notes you've taken or a page in your journal.
