We cook our peanut brittle and caramel in a big copper kettle and finish them on marble slabs for sweet, buttery bites that are hard to stop eating. Cloudlike divinity, toffee, creamy pralines, old-time fudge, taffy, spiced pecans, and rock candy are other sweet Southern traditions we’re proud to uphold.
