If you've never used a sewing machine before (or not since high school), then we recommend you start off by working through a couple of our BEGINNER SEWING PROJECTS. Use the links below if you'd like some help with the basics: Getting Started (highly recommended) How to choose your size How to print your PDF sewing pattern How to compile your printed pattern The following patterns are for true beginners (they are also a quick sew for a more experienced sewer). The instructions are clear and will guide you through each step so you learn as you sew. The patterns are presented below in order of difficulty (easiest to more tricky). We think when you have successfully sewn at least 3 projects from this beginners range, you are ready to move to our " Confident Beginner" projects for a few of our best beginner sewing patterns.
