Peppercorns (flatpack)

White, black and green peppercorns all come from the same vine. The berries grow in clusters and are harvested at various stages of growth. Green peppercorns are young when they are picked, which gives them a mild flavor. Black peppercorns are left on the vine to mature and develop a stronger flavor. White peppercorns are black peppercorns which are soaked to remove the outer casing, giving them an intense and slightly fermented flavor.
