The order will be available for pickup in Sydney and Perth, with delivery options available Australia-wide. Typical lead time is 1–3 weeks; however, holidays and festivals/events (e.g., Christmas, Chinese New Year) may extend this time by an additional 1–2 weeks. As these are custom-order products, refunds are not available for non-quality issues, incorrect sizes, or change of mind.
