Founded by Eileen Rinaldi, who discovered her passion while managing a cafe, Ritual has been on the forefront of San Francisco’s coffee scene since 2005. That’s because it doesn’t just source its coffee directly from growers, Ritual was initially among the first (and smallest!) to do it.
