Nate Asis was born and raised in the Toronto area. Graduated from OCAD University, where his thesis project was named a finalist in Fast Company's Innovation by Design Awards. Nate developed an eye for form and color previously working as a graphic designer. Bio Nate believes in design that is clever, thoughtful, and imaginative. Nate's celebrity style icon is Whoopi Goldberg. Outside of Umbra, Nate likes making music and falling asleep on the couch. He is inspired by technology and is excited by the way things work.
