About
Toyota Voxy from Japan The Toyota Voxy Hybrid and its 2.0-litre petrol sibling are among the most practical seven and eight-seat people movers Toyota builds, and neither was ever sold new in Australia. Every one in this collection was selected at auction by our own branch in Osaka, imported under our own licence, and complied in-house at our Dandenong workshop. Voxy, Noah or Esquire? All three are the same vehicle underneath. The Voxy is the sporting one, with a heavier, more aggressive front end and darker cabin trim. The Noah is the plainer, more conservative version, and the Esquire is the dressed-up one with the chrome grille. Mechanically there is nothing between them, so the choice comes down to how you want it to look. Two Drivetrains 2.0L petrol — the 3ZR-FAE with CVT and stop-start. Simpler, cheaper to buy, and perfectly capable for family duty. 1.8L petrol-electric — the 2ZR-FXE with e-CVT. Official Japanese figures sit near 4.2 L/100km, with most owners seeing 5 to 6 L/100km in Australian traffic. Grades You will usually see X, V and ZS. ZS is the sports-styled grade with the body kit and alloy wheels, and it is the one most buyers picture when they think Voxy. Higher grades add power sliding doors on both sides, heated front seats and Toyota Safety Sense. Each listing states the exact grade of that car, and availability changes as stock arrives and sells. Hybrid Battery Support The question buyers ask most about a Toyota Voxy Hybrid is the battery. We build and fit hybrid packs ourselves at our Dandenong workshop from brand new NiMH cells to original specification, never refurbished, backed by a 3-year / 100,000 km warranty. Battery service is available to customers in Victoria and Tasmania, so the car is supported well past the point of sale. Every vehicle is supplied with a Roadworthy Certificate, clear title, and the original Japanese export certificate and auction report, prepared in our own workshop and signed off with a 35-point pre-delivery inspec
