Wheel Straps Equipped with either swivel hooks or wire hooks, wheel straps can attach to D-rings or other anchor points on your truck bed. Most include rubber blocks that can be inserted into the treads of your UTV's tires - keeping the strap firmly in place - and use ratchets for tensioning. Strap Working Load Limit When choosing a strap, the working load limit (WLL) is important. The combined WLL must meet or exceed the weight of your four-wheeler or ATV.
