We are a small batch specialty boutique pasta making company founded by my mother and now operated by me and my "family". Our pasta tastes like homemade fresh pasta because we make pasta using a family recipe. Our pasta is rolled, cut, naturally air-dried and hand packed. The flavor is in the pasta!
