Between 1954 and 1964 Ridgway potteries Ltd was the largest china manufacturer in England with over 8 factories. It incorporated Booths, Colclough, and Ridgway & Adderley potteries. It would subsequently be amalgamated into the Royal Doulton group pf companies.
